SCIOLGO-VIKY® 97 - Descaler Compound

This product is an inhibited chemical compound which easily dissolves and removes calcareous deposits and scaling from ceramic, stainless steel, glazed cast iron, piping, boilers, etc.

Instructions for use: wet the calcareous deposit with water, spread some compound, wait a few minutes, then gently rub with a rag or a wet sponge. To remove calcareous deposits from cocks, pipe coils, filters, etc., it is enough to immerse the pieces to be treated in a basin containing water and 5%

of SCIOLGO-VIKY® 97.

VIKY®-SUB - Crack-Stopper Compound

Two-component epoxy putty suitable for rapid repair of metallic pipes, hard plastic pipes, tanks, hot-water heating plants, bricks, earthenware, concrete, glass, wood and any kind of metal. It becomes as hard as steel and can be lapped, ground, drilled. It resists to water, salt water, medium concentrated acids, fuels, gas, oil, alkalis, etc. Thanks to its chemical and physical features, it is EASY TO APPLY even on wet surfaces and underwater.

VIKY® ABRASIVE PASTE

This product enables excellent grinding of all metals: valve seats, cocks, cylinders, etc. With this abrasive paste, it is possible to remove even the slightest grinding scratches thus improving resistance to wear of mechanical parts. It must be spread on seized, scratched or not perfectly ground surfaces which need to be restored. Water or lubricating oil can be added in order to spread the abrasive paste more easily and homogeneously on the surfaces to be treated thus making sliding and grinding operations easier. Coarse grains must be used for degreasing operations, medium grains for grinding operations, fine grains for cleaning operations, very fine grains (grain 1000) for lapping and polishing hard metals, for regrinding fuel oil injectors, sealing valves, injector pumps, press-forging dies, safety valves, etc..

VIKY® SEALING COMPOUND FOR GASKETS

Liquid and in Paste Form

Special sealing compound for cylinder blocks, covers, transmission boxes and petrol, fuel oil, diesel oil, oil, grease, hydrocarbon, water pipes, etc. This product withstands high pressure and hot and cold temperatures. Joints treated with this compound may be put into service after only a few minutes.

Working temperature: up to 250°C. VIKY® sealing compound in paste form makes all types of joints perfectly tight; e.g. in fittings for fuel oil and diesel oil burners, in hydraulic power units. It is also suitable for applications in pipe fittings for hydrocarbons, oil, water, gases, etc. It is especially recommended for sealing threaded joints.

It is especially developed to enable detection of water in gas oil, petrol, kerosene and oil tanks. It allows to detect water levels in tanks.

It is an inhibited chemical powder compound which easily dissolves and removes calcareous

deposits in the heating coils. Sciolgo serpentine 79 powder should be mixed with fresh water than.

The solution should be pumped into the heating coils.

VIKY®137 - Crack-Stopper Compound in stick

 

Two-concentric-component epoxy putty, easy to work and apply. Dries like steel.

Once cured, it can be filed, drilled and painted. High resistance to chemical agents.

Uses: Repair of pipes in lead, PVC, iron pipes, cisterns, tools, bodywork, tanks.

Curing time : 24 hours.
